Survive every wave

There are no checkpoints in this game. Your house takes damage over the course of the game and can’t be fully healed. To earn stars and improve the defenses of your house you have to survive certain waves. Damage carries over and affects the difficulty of the waves you can survive. The survivability of your house and the stats of your survivor squad members are improved over the course of the campaign.

One Second Chance

You have one opportunity to come back and turn the battle around after your house takes too much damage. There are no numerous opportunities to come back; use the opportunities wisely.

Upgrade and Adapt

Defeat different types of enemies to earn the money needed to upgrade your house and survivors and advance through the game. Figure out the best squad combination to use for various types of enemy waves.
