About Hole.io
In Hole.io, your goal is to dominate a city as a black hole. The simulation places you as a black hole that swallows everything in its path as it rolls down a city block. The objective is to consume everything in sight, including pedestrians, vehicles, and even street signs. As you consume these objects, your score increases and is reflected on a leaderboard. The game is very competitive as the objective is to maintain first place on the leaderboard. Players must efficiently consume as many objects as possible to win. The game places a high premium on time as players must consume as many objects as they can in the shortest amount of time. Players must strategically place themselves over high object density areas to maximize consumption. The game essentially encourages players to swallow everything on the screen to win.
The game employs a structure called Building the Mysterious Festival for its progression. It permits the players to organize tournaments in the largest cities in the game. Each city has many holes, and players have to select one of them in order to take on a challenge. The challenges are depicted in the game’s interface. The game is designed in a way that as challenges are accomplished, the players advance to higher levels and new challenges are presented.
