Most Disaster Survival games end when the Survivor is able to stabilize themselves in the face of a ferocious environment and difficulties. End of Winter begins with the environment and Disaster beginning to interact and change from the Survivor’s perspective. In this game, judgment is a crucial element and survival depends on the Survivor’s ability to correctly evaluate and address the needs of survival, including dealing with dangerously melting surfaces.
